what a pleasure recieving these beads. I made a wrap around braclet and sold it right away

I ordered these square stone beads in hopes that the colors of at least a few would be close enough to make pairs (for earrings). All of these stones are different colors; they are often close, but none were close enough to look like matched pairs. The colors that I receives were not as vibrant as the picture protrayed; there were many of the light purple translucent beads and a few brownish colors, and only a few green or darker colors. The sizes and shapes are irregular as well. Some edges are rounded off so to not even appear square. The pre-drilled holes are fairly large for beading purposes and were a little off-center in many of the beads. If you just want accent beads in many colors, and perfect shape and size is not an issue, these seem a good buy. If you want to make pairs for earrings or such, you could buy several strands and hope you get similar colors, or look in person elsewhere.

They are of good quality and look great. I wish I could get the same beads in a larger size. too little.

These are beautiful beads and just as pictured in the photo(though they are smaller than in the photo, of course).

This is the most wonderful quanity of gem stones I have ever received. They are all absolutely beautiful. I got some shapes I have never worked with before which has helped me come up with new ideas. I loved them so much that I ordered the same thing the day they came in. As always, Beadaholique, lived up to their fast delivery, which was free because I bought $25 worth of merchandise, it was packaged for safety and they also will send me a free gift after a certain amount of orders. I just love this company and just realized today, something I ordered wasn't coming from them and I was upset with myself. Not naming the company, I have had trouble with this other company before. You can not loose if you go with Beadaholique.

What a cool, funky collection. I expected them to be mixed, but each type of bead comes on its own strand in a bag. These are great for making unique bracelets and necklaces.

Gemstones is a great song because it reminds me of why Adam Green had appeal. The rest of this album is so bad I could vomit. Please retire Adam Green or go back to your roots when your songs had feeling.

adam green's "Gemstones" is a wonderful collection of fun ditties that brings one's inner child. The songs remind one of nursery rhymes sung by a 30-year-old child. every song evokes a feeling of happiness. five stars to the new master of children's songs for adults.

I love this album! I've heard a lot about adam but I did not hear him until just the other day, man was I missing out. Great album full of weird and funny as hell songs,it's so great to hear something original out there in a world of copycats. highly recomended. 4.5*

Adam Green spent a lot of time in the band The Moldy Peaches. Right when people were getting into their odd style, they broke up, and Kimya Dawson and Green started doing their solo records. Adam Green started off doing something that was like Beck's younger brother. Finally on Gemstones, Green has hit his stride. Gemstones I suppose a reference to those people who get their cell phones decorated. The album cover is adorned with those things. Adam Green's voice even sounds different and nothing like Moldy Peaches. He sounds like a mix between Ray Stevens and early Nick Cave. His authoritative voice soars on "Gemstones" and "He's The Brat." Some of these songs have the elegance of Neil Hannon (The Divine Comedy). Some of the songs like "Crackhouse Blues" and "Choke On A C---" lyrically sound like Moldy Peaches territory, but these sound more like early Dr. Demento stuff. I guess that maybe the Moldy Peaches would have been on Dr. Demento every week if they came out in 1980. Songs like "Who's Your Boyfriend" sound like Burt Bacharach. Adam Green is becoming more sophisticated. Young girls seem to love him. You have to admire what he does because it is so unique, singular, and uncompromising. This is a quality recording....

If you liked Adam Green's last 2 albums, then you will dig this one. I can't believe spin magazine gave this album a D rating, its more in the A range, shows what they know. That caused me to not to buy it at first, but after sampling it, I realized that I love Adam's music, how bad can this be? That pissed me off enough to write a review about this album. Adam has a great voice, truely unique lyrics, great guitar riffs, and just good music all together. Each listen brings new things that stand out in the music. Plain and simple, if you liked his previous albums, then you will like this one.

Although Amazon says this is the full 122 minute version, they are mistaken. It is the edited-for-the-US-market 96 minute version. If that is what you are looking for, then this would get more stars. I've wasted several people's time and money over this mistake, but it is not what it says. The original Chinese version with English subtitles is the real 122 minute version.

When I bought this, I wasn't expecting a romance in the plot. I am glad I was surprised. The music mirrored the story well and there were some sweet and tender moments. The ending wasn't as I had hoped, but it ended fairly well.

The delivery was on time and in excellent condition. We love Jackie Chan movies. Great Action. I don't want to spoil the ending for you!

First of all it is sooo long and secnd is that it's really depressing. It's also really confusing. Everyone dies or does something that the other one doesn't like. It's PG-13 so, I do not recomend it for children 10 or under. I hated it. It was the worst one Jackie Chan did. Warning! Death may be caused by this boring movie.

The Myth brings to the screen the story of a Chinese archaeologist who is haunted by a Chinese general's past from centuries ago. Urged on by recurring dreams and a nudge by an old friend, Jack embarks on a quest to find answers to an ancient mystery. As he gets closer to the solution, however, the general's past comes dangerously close to catching up with him. The film combines romance, drama, action and adventure in an effort to follow in the footsteps of other great Chinese films of recent years. The film goes back and forth between the present and the past, however, it might as well have remained in the past as most of what occurred in the present either did not make much sense or it was badly done. The setting, costumes, the music, and the battle sequences are great, though the acting, the plot, and the ending (!) were mediocre, average, and way below average respectively. In a nutshell, it's probably not a movie you would want to add to your collection, but it will provide for an evening's entertainment. 3.4 Stars For some truly AMAZING films the following are highly recommended to those with a soft spot for all things Chinese: A Battle of Wits, Seven Swords, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, The House of Flying Daggers, The Promise, and Hero.
